This is really Cool. You are looking at a 2006 Fender American Special HSS Stratocaster Electric Guitar. This has the Humbucker in the bridge with Single Coils in the Middle and Neck position. With the HSS it allows you to get more "Heavier" Tones when playing. A great Setup for Classic Rock & Blues. 

A very unique FSR (Fender Special Run) American Special Stratocaster. This was a zZounds Exclusive. Finished in an Iconic Aztec Gold Gloss. The former owner did some really cool mods to this Strat. He upgraded the pickguard to a  White Pearloid Pickguard and Cavity Cover. Fender locking Tuners with a LSR Nut. He also upgraded the electronics to a HSS pickup configuration, Installing a Seymour Duncan TB-4 Humbucker with a coil tap. 

Looking for a real USA MADE Strat? Fender’s American Special Series has long been one of my favorites! Great American made tone and features at a great price! The body is alder for killer tone. The one piece, modern C shaped maple neck features a 9.5 inch radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets. A pickup configuration of an Seymour Duncan TB-4 Humbucker in the bridge with 2 single coils dish out classic Strat tones. A vintage style trem and Locking Tuners round out the package. 

 Good feel and tone. The big frets make big blues bends as easy as pie. The electronics and pickups work and sound great. Made in the USA with tone and feel that rival and sometimes beat the more expensive American Standard and American Deluxe Series. Top notch with a cool vibe.

Cosmetics: Excellent Condition. The only issues are a couple of chips in the finish. on the edge of the body on the shorter horn at the top and at the bottom. (See pictures #11, #12). There are a few tiny pencil point dings on the Top and the Back. The Top and Back are very clean. Same goes for the Neck, Fingerboard and Headstock. Overall, a very solid used Strat in Excellent Condition.
